Inlet guide vanes are more efficient than butterfly valves by pre-swirling the air to help minimize power consumption by allowing lower turndown.

The internals are sealed to prevent contamination from ambient conditions and fitted with alamites from easy lubrication. The stainless steel vanes virtually eliminate corrosion and our gear driven IGV offers smoother operation than linkage operated inlet guide vanes.

Thinline designed from 4" to 20" thick (depending on intake diameter) and can replace your butterfly valves with little to no modification.

Our gear driven Thinline inlet guide vane is competitively priced with the OEM’s valve and delivers where you need it for ease of installation.
